The Georgian rock music scene, while relatively small, boasts a rich and diverse history dating back to the 1990s, with numerous talented artists and bands emerging over time. However, there is a notable gender imbalance, as female rock musicians remain underrepresented. Despite this, women like Elisabed Spanderashvili (bassist, "Ravitsi"), Lika Siradze (vocalist, "Tape Visitors"), and Lele Mnemosyne (bassist, "Valkyrie") are making their mark in the industry, challenging stereotypes and contributing to the genre's growth.
